Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Healthy Choices account and personal data from the app using the steps below.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent. Active subscriptions are cancelled, and your personal data is removed from our systems. This cannot be undone.

Delete from the Healthy Choices app

Use these steps in Profile → Personal Info to delete your account.

    Open the Healthy Choices app and sign in with your account.

    Go to Profile.

  3. 3

    Open Personal Info.

  4. 4

    Tap Delete Account.

  5. 5

    Confirm deletion when prompted (you will be asked twice to confirm).

    After confirmation, your account is deleted and you are signed out.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Account information (name, email, phone)
  • Active subscriptions (cancelled on deletion)
  • Delivery addresses
  • Wallet balance and wallet history
  • Payment history linked to your account
  • Meal preferences, allergies, and dislikes
  • App usage data linked to your account

Data That May Be Retained

  • Records required for legal, accounting, or tax compliance
  • Anonymized analytics or crash logs that cannot identify you

Any retained records are kept only as long as required by Bahraini law or our legitimate business obligations, then securely deleted or anonymized.
